How to take a screenshot on the Galaxy S8 and S8+

1. Open the screen you want to capture on your Galaxy S8.
2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a second.
3. If you see an animation on-screen, that means screenshot has been taken and saved to your phone’s gallery.
4. If you want to access the screenshot quickly, pull down the notification bar and you’ll see the captured screenshot there.

Apparently, Samsung recently enabled an extra screenshot feature for its devices — scrolling screenshot. This feature enables you take screenshot of the entire page that is open on your device’s screen; be it a Webpage, WhatsApp conversation, or a long email from an old friend. With scrolling screenshot you can capture it all in one shot.

How to take scrolling screenshot on Galaxy S8 and S8+

1. Open the screen you want to capture on your Galaxy S8.
2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a second.
3. Once the screenshot is taken, tap the Capture more option on the bottom left of the screenshot.
4. Keep doing so until the you’ve reached the part upto which you want to take the screenshot or the full-page is covered.
